About
Located among Bali’s tropical surroundings, JUGA Villa was envisioned as a refined architectural sanctuary balancing sculptural minimalism, natural textures, and immersive landscape views.

Juga Villa
JUGA Villa was designed as a direct response to the environmental and topographical conditions of the site. The architecture carefully considers elevation changes, tropical climate, natural ventilation, solar exposure, and seasonal weather patterns to create a residence that feels both protected and deeply connected to its surroundings. Through deep overhangs, shaded transitional spaces, cross-ventilation strategies, and carefully positioned openings, the project minimizes heat gain while maximizing natural airflow and daylight. The result is a contemporary tropical residence where architecture, climate, and landscape work together as one cohesive living environment.

The realization of JUGA Villa required a highly coordinated construction process shaped by the complexities of building within Bali’s tropical environment. Challenging site conditions, elevation differences, climate exposure, and logistical limitations demanded careful planning, precise engineering coordination, and continuous on-site adaptation throughout every stage of development.
