Coastal Serenity Resort
Coastal Serenity Resort was developed in response to the complex environmental and structural conditions of the coastal site, where climate exposure, ocean humidity, strong winds, and challenging soil conditions became fundamental drivers of the architectural and engineering approach. The project required careful coordination between structural systems, climate-responsive design strategies, and long-term material durability within an aggressive tropical environment.

The architecture integrates deep structural overhangs, protected circulation zones, reinforced framing systems, and expansive panoramic glazing engineered to withstand coastal conditions while maintaining openness and uninterrupted views toward the landscape and ocean horizon.
