A refined Manhattan residence designed for a young creative couple, balancing architectural clarity, layered materials, and contemporary urban living.

Designed in response to the unique topography and tropical conditions of the site, Venhea Villa was developed through a complex architectural and construction process shaped by elevation changes, challenging soil conditions, high humidity, and intense climate exposure. Rather than simplifying the landscape, the project embraces the natural terrain, allowing the architecture to integrate organically into its surroundings.

Coastal Serenity Resort was developed in response to the complex environmental and structural conditions of the coastal site, where climate exposure, ocean humidity, strong winds, and challenging soil conditions became fundamental drivers of the architectural and engineering approach. The project required careful coordination between structural systems, climate-responsive design strategies, and long-term material durability within an aggressive tropical environment.

Located in Uluwatu, Bali, Hedonist Space was conceived as a multi-functional destination where hospitality, co-working, dining, and social experiences coexist within one cohesive architectural environment. The project explores a contemporary approach to work–life balance, creating spaces that transition naturally from daytime productivity to evening atmosphere and social interaction.

Located in Bali, RISE Villas was designed as a collection of six modular villas arranged across a complex tropical site. The architecture responds to Ubud’s natural conditions — uneven terrain, heavy seasonal rainfall, lush vegetation, and the visual openness of rice fields.Rather than treating the land as a flat construction platform, the project uses the site’s levels as part of the architectural identity. The villas are positioned in a cascading formation, allowing each residence to preserve privacy while opening the upper bedrooms toward the landscape.

MUGLA Villa was conceived as a private tropical retreat where architecture, nature, and investment logic exist in perfect balance. Designed for the evolving Bali hospitality market, the project combines clean contemporary aesthetics with a highly efficient spatial concept — creating a villa experience that feels both intimate and effortless. Every detail was carefully shaped to maximize privacy, atmosphere, and long-term value while maintaining a refined connection to the surrounding landscape.

JUGA Villa was designed as a direct response to the environmental and topographical conditions of the site. The architecture carefully considers elevation changes, tropical climate, natural ventilation, solar exposure, and seasonal weather patterns to create a residence that feels both protected and deeply connected to its surroundings. Through deep overhangs, shaded transitional spaces, cross-ventilation strategies, and carefully positioned openings, the project minimizes heat gain while maximizing natural airflow and daylight. The result is a contemporary tropical residence where architecture, climate, and landscape work together as one cohesive living environment.
